With over 23 years of experience in Jungian and Psychological Astrology, Sandy Mulroy is the founder of Solar Power Health and a retreat leader devoted to helping people reconnect with their authentic selves through nature, mindfulness, and self-exploration. Her work blends Yoga, Astrology, Sound Healing, Breathwork, Herbalism, Gene Keys, meditation, and nature immersion into deeply transformative experiences that are both grounded and soulful.
Sandy completed her 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training in Rishikesh, India — the birthplace of yoga — and has spent years studying yogic philosophy, meditation, and embodied healing practices. For over 15 years, she has facilitated retreats, workshops, ceremonies, and wellness experiences both locally and internationally, creating safe, intimate containers where people feel seen, accepted, and inspired to grow.
Known for her compassionate and relatable teaching style, Sandy specializes in Psychological Astrology rooted in the work of Carl Jung, helping people understand their gifts, challenges, patterns, and life cycles with greater clarity and self-acceptance. Her retreats often incorporate Planetary Gong Baths, Alchemy Singing Bowls, Yoga Nidra, forest bathing, Astroherbalism, mindful hiking, and sacred ceremonies designed to reconnect participants with the rhythms of nature and their own inner wisdom.
